We strongly recommend that you book as soon as you have your wedding date, as we often book two years ahead. 

That being said, we do take last-minute orders, as long as our availability allows for it.

Our booking fee is $100 for your entire order no matter how many pieces.  The amount you pay on your retainer is applied towards your final invoice.

Booking now locks in today's pricing, even if prices increase later.

Remember to keep your flowers in water and avoid storing them in the fridge or freezer.

Absolutely! We're based in Loveland Colorado, but  40% of our bouquets come from outside Colorado.  We will assist you with details on how to properly package your bouquet and ship to us.  We do recommend UPS or FedEx OR USPS utilizing their priority or over night options and ensure that your package includes insurance an shipping!  

Yes! We preserve flowers from any event. Whether it's a celebration of life, memorial, birth of a baby, your baby shower, a "Grandma's Garden" keepsake or a custom piece, we can work with you to preserve your flowers!

We estimate a turnaround of 3-4 months. This varies with the wedding seasonal, holidays, and any changes to your payments. 

It is critical that we take extra care throughout the process and allow additional time to make sure that the flowers are preserved completely and ready to use and design your piece.

We appreciate your patience throughout this process and promise it will be worth the wait!  We can’t wait for you to see your artwork but we also want to present you with the most beautiful piece possible.

If you are getting married on a Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, you will ship us your flowers the following Monday.

If you are getting married on a Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, you will ship us your flowers the following day.

We receive packages every day for the week and will watch for your flower's arrival as soon as you provide us with the tracking number! 

Please keep your flowers in water following your wedding until you ship/drop-off your flowers to us.

If your flowers are older than 5 days, we can still work with you but you may require special processing services.

We do have a $400 shop minimum.  

Please note that the bigger the preserved piece, the better representation of your fresh flowers we will be able to create.

Our customers' typically spend anywhere from $650 to $1400, but our average order is $800.

Yes!   While our standard glass is UV protected, the upgraded UV as well as anti-reflective, scratch-resistant glass that helps the color clarity and image visibility. The biggest difference between both is the amount of UV protection.

There are different factors to consider, but it will all come down to your personal preference, where you plan to display your artwork and your budget. The overall look of your bouquet, design choice, and space can factor in the size you decide on.

We always suggest to start with a small size if you are unsure, and upgrade or add-on later.

Our Size Recommendations:

5"x7" - Suitable for Boutonnieres

8"x10" - Suitable for Corsages

11"x14" - Suitable for Parents Gifts or a
   Small Bouquet

14"x28" - Ideal for a Garden Style
    Arrangement

16"x20" - Ideal for an Average Bridal
     Bouquet

20"x24" - Ideal for a Large Bridal Bouquet

24"x36" or 30"x40" - Ideal for an
       Oversized Bridal Bouquet

You can upgrade the size of your order as long as you do so before we begin the designing process.  It is best to know prior to starting. This way we can be sure to preserve the amount of flowers we need for your piece.

After you initial order, any size changes or add-ons are subject to new pricing.

We do not allow downgrading once the downpayment is made.

If your date has changed, we need to be informed in writing.  We will confirm with you as soon as we can confirm availability for your new date.
